I have a very pretty daughter. She's sweet and smart too. And I am able to spend as much time as I want with her and get lots of snuggles with the babywearing. She's happy, I'm happy and Jon is happy.
I did a drawing for the 365 Sketch, but I really disliked it and couldn't bring myself to photograph it. I know that it is about the act of drawing not making masterpieces each time. But the camera battery was still being charged and this drawing just didn't feel worth the effort. Sorry!
It is rainy and grey today so I am not sure what we are to do. It isn't super cold so as long as it stops raining a bit we will go for a short walk. Our walks are important to us.
Artistically I feel a bit spent after making that collage on Monday and am having a hard time motivating myself. I have all sorts of things to work with including pretty paper, blocks of wood and inks of all sorts. Cutting paper sounds like the best option for me as I am running low on certain shapes. I've been meaning to work on some new ACEOs for awhile now. Maybe I will get going on those.
The week is almost half over and I don't know about you, but I am looking forward to the weekend. I may not have to sit in an office but I still enjoy being able to share the parenting duties a bit during the day. Plus Saturday is supposed to be lovely.

I am ALWAYS looking forward to the weekend, even now that I'm only working part time.

A very pretty daughter indeed! Weekend will be here before you know it.
