I have a stack of about thirty prints similar to these all waiting for the final layer or two. I like that I am trying out different colors and I like how the wood-grain pattern really shows in some. They may end up sitting around for awhile while I finish carving two new large blocks. One block has a pattern made up of a bunch of squares to carve and the other has a variety of shapes on it. As much as I like it I am trying to get away from the swirl pattern a bit. I will still use it on some, just not on all of them.

This morning Jon and I went to Mass General hospital and dropped off seven of my prints for the show. These are all older prints (most of them were hand printed and none of them were done with my press) so I am less into them than my current work, but I still like some of them. I am building up a portfolio of square works to show locally. I should get a presentation case for carrying and displaying my art.

I really like the last one. It reminds me of a backwater area of lily pads. I can almost see the turtles and hear the frogs. Nice work on all of them.
