Inspired by some friends I am signed up for the Art By the Inch challenge this month. It is the first of the month, so now is a good time to try it out. I am going to start small and go for the silver goal of 5K square inches of art. I was going to including my carvings as well because they take so much of my time, but on day one I am already at over a thousand inches so I don't think getting to 5K will be much trouble for me. Maybe I should change my goal to 10K! Even though it is totally fair for me to include each layer of my prints since each one comes from a separate block, but I may only use completed prints for this one as a way to really challenge myself. Printmaking makes this challenge quite interesting.
