For being so wonderful. Please bear with me while I deal with a teething baby that fusses all day and doesn't sleep well at night. I'm trying hard to keep up with everything and am struggling. Right now my online activities including blogging, Etsy and blog reading are suffering the most. Since I end up wearing her most of the day I generally need to keep moving. I try to catch up on reading blogs at night but am often too fried to comment. I'm a bit of a lurker these days.
I don't know how I pulled it off but I managed to not only print out some thank you cards but I also finally Gocco printed some Moleskines. Sketchbook and graph paper. Didn't intend to do graph paper but Jon got some by mistake and I didn't notice until it was too late. All done while wearing miss blee! except for the new stamp I carved
I hope tonight goes better than last night and that Tuesday is better than Monday. Ugh!
I've also done my first week of cloth diapering during the day. Jon is the night shift so for now this is weekday only but it is going pretty well. It is a lot easier than I thought it would be.

I hope the little one will give you all a break..It is such a hard time when baby is teething.
I love those Moleskines! I bet a hipster math geek would gladly snatch up the graph paper one, anyway. :)
So far today is better. It is warming up for a walk soon.
A math geek or a collage geek like me that likes drawing on interesting paper. I haven't mastered perfect gocco printing so I have some failures kept for myself.
god...this is like reading my thoughts when my oldest was blee's age. when they're really tiny they are actually pretty easy...then come the teeth! i remember frank fussing one night, then the next morning had 4 new teeth! it's so easy to say chin up, but when you're going through it you just want to smack people who say that in the mouth :)
getting out as much as possible is brilliant though, and i'm sure that doing tons of walking is what made me a better artist; lots of time to figure out new pieces...love your new stuff by the way...
I love graph paper, I get the graph paper composition books and use them for studio journaling. It has lines for writing text that are unobtrusive for drawing over with my fountain pen, pencil or brush pen. Graph paper is great for planning prints, color seperations, geometric abstracts and awesome for creating sacred geometry drawings!
forgot to mention I love the idea of printing the covers of the moleskins! what inks are you using and do they wear off easily?
Hi Phare. The journals/ sketchbooks are Gocco printed which is a form of silkscreening and are durable. I've had one in my bag (I keep the misprints for myself) and it has worn very well.
Thank you for the kind and supportive words Lucie! Today has actually been a much better day. Mondays are always rough it seems.
I think I am going to do some block printing tonight.
